"Organization and purchasing procedures to meet federal museums’ needs"

The analysis can be characterized by a phrase, which describes its contents: "budget institutions in the purchasing system". The work contains proposals as to implementation of provisions of the Act of the Russian Federation of 21 July 2005. "On placing orders for delivery of goods, work performance, service rendering to meet state and municipal", first of all as applied to purchasing practices to meet the needs of federal state institutions. The monograph is meant for employees of mentioned institutions, members of competition/tender, auction and quotation commissions, as well as for individuals, involved in rendering services for arranging purchasing process to meet state needs.

The book of the known scientist, the professor of Century S.Turchina, is devoted to creativity of the bright artist and the theorist of art of Century S.Kandinsky. This book is devoted a little to the theme investigated in Russian art - to an interior of an apartment house of the end XIX - beginnings XX of centuries. “The German edition from 1657-1667, as the source for translation, is usually called «The Sibmacher Armorial», named after Johann Sibmacher, who published this book made of two parts for the first time in 1605. Later during 1650-60-ties the Armorial was altered and added by Paul Fuerst and then by his heirs. The result of Paul Fuerst activity was “The Renovated German Armorial”, now made of five parts.
The text of “The Sibmacher Armorial” Russian translation is accompanied by reproductions of the Armorial parts’ title pages, of the coats of arms proper, as well as by annotated charts/key diagrams. In his introduction to the Armorial K.Eu.Ribak carried out a research of its authorship and of etchings contained in it, as well as an analysis of the structure and the contents of the Armorial.

There may be different reasons stipulating this drive. Because a home library is not built up all of a sudden. As a rule, it is a result of collecting efforts made by various generations: the library is changing hands from parents to children, its shelves being amplified by new books. While the fashion for these or other authors and the likings of new family members change, so a library is changing too. In the course and dependant on education, line and kind of occupation, new interests and passions, partition of property due to the movement to a new residence, and the need of maturing children in books, a library is to be filled up and extended. And the troubles to be overcome, when coping with this seemingly simple and easy task, require sometimes considerable physical, moral, time and money charges. How to adapt, to get accommodated in the present world of books simultaneously by experiencing a pleasure in acquiring something indispensable and by not traumatizing your nervous system – this is quite a complex, probing question.
It seems that there are no problems for a prosperous, well-to-do person to acquire necessary items: bookshops and various publishing houses have plenty of literature of every kind and to everyone’s taste. But there are many “buts” hidden: a very wide divergence in price policies of bookshops in regard to the same editions; absence of a given book at a given time; unwillingness on the side of many publishers to trade by retail and on the side of bookshops to break the collected works and to sell separate volumes; the diversity of antiquarian bookshops does not provide for acquisition of a needed, longed-for book. There is to be added the difference in translation, designing, modeling and polygraphic performance of the same works presented in a bookshop by various publishing houses. Even a real, very staunch, steadfast bibliophile feels dizzy.

The album acquaints with one of the most significant collections of products of the Dutch silversmiths. The author tells about the largest masters, about evolution of styles in gold-silver business of Holland of the end XVI - first half XVIII centuries and about the unique subjects stored the Armory Museum of the Moscow Kremlin. Boguslavskiy M.M. "Ñultural values in the international turn. Legal aspects."

In the book conditions of import and export of cultural values, struggle against plunders, illegal circulation of cultural values in the international market of antiques, legal conditions of carrying out of exhibitions of works of art are considered.
