Our concept is that: you get acquainted with architecture of the Italian baroque, and the child with rococo porcelain. Employment pass simultaneously. And if at you other plans for Saturday and you are interested only in children's employment – all probably, result the child!

Wish to give the chance your unique and most-most to test in different genres - come! Without marks and examinations, but in an adult way seriously and childly hazardously young fans of the graceful can:

The art history can be not only fascinating, but also mysterious, ridiculous, fantastic. Each employment turns to an adventure for small researchers. Going to «round-the-world travel» or in «a pursuit of the White rabbit», children get acquainted with works of art and their art features. Portraits and landscapes who has thought up a still-life what heroes of myths appear in pictures, a sculpture and arts and crafts – only some of themes happen with what. Each employment is devoted any one theme. Directly among themselves employment are not connected. It is made specially that children of preschool and younger school age, having passed that, or other employment, on the following felt comfortably, and parents had no during trips, etc.
 

   










 



Structure of employment.


In one cycle of 14 employment.

Employment are adapted for different age groups (5 - 7 and 7 - 9 years). Themes of employment can coincide, but the material is presented at different level.
 


1-st cycle

The initial course of employment is devoted genres of painting (drawing). Besides a portrait, a landscape and a still-life fantastic plots, mythological, historical, animalistic, household, religious genres also are considered. Employment are under construction by a dialogue principle. The child not only beholds masterpieces of world painting, but also discusses (if there is a desire) and, in the right to criticise the seen. The horse can be dark blue, and neigbour Masha is more beautiful than Dzhokondy. The problem of the teacher to show a variety of painting, to show how much various art decisions.
 


2-nd cycle

The following cycle includes the employment acquainting children with different art forms (architecture, a drawing, a sculpture, arts and crafts and painting). The child learns what there are technicians, materials, tools.
• Than the secular architecture differs from the temple
• Why the underground-it an architecture monument
• What there are columns
• Why the pediment is a forehead of a building
• As do an engraving
• Great artists too drew fingers
• That the general at «the Copper horseman» (a monument to Peter I in St.-Petersburg) and the porcelain girl
Children together with the teacher analyze, as buildings, statues, pictures etc. throughout millenia varied. The teacher as required "prompts" new words (for example, "model", "foreshortening", "treatment of light and shade", "contour", "foreground", "shading", "colonnade", etc.) which help to describe seen or to share impressions. Concepts an epoch, culture, a civilisation are gradually entered. Peering into products, children aspire to define what people that have invented during this or that epoch (for example why Greeks could not construct the Collosseo, and at Romans it has turned out?).
 


The further cycles are focused On children 9-10, 11-13 years.

In employment two approaches are united: actually history of art and "inclusion" of children in process of judgement, interpretation of products. That is, children have an opportunity not only to get acquainted with art features of products of various epoch, but also to practice in intellectual gymnastics, building the logic of reasonings.

The overall objective of employment – good mood, shine in eyes, desire to come still is a lot of times.

 

   

 


One employment includes:

•  45 minutes – an art criticism part,
•  15 minutes – change
• 45 minutes – a practical part (We create in different materials and technicians)
 

   

 

The beginning of employment  –  October, 2010
3nd group (11 - 13 years)  –  January 2011
Day of employment  –  Saturday
Time of employment:
1st group  (preschool children from 5th years) from 11.00 till 12.45
2nd group  (7 - 9 years)
  from 12.00 till 13.45
3nd group  (11 - 13 years)   from 13.00 till 15.45
